The male animal is the largest European grouse with a length of 90 cm and a weigh up to 5,50 kg. It has black plumage. The femal is brown. The male has up to 10 mates.
It live in the middle of the mountainsin conifer forests.
The hunt is difficult and you shoot in a short distance.
